Is your facility gluten-free?

We have many gluten-free options, but wheat products are in our facility. Although we do try our best, please note that cross contamination may occur!

Do I need to pre-order?

Not at all! We have fresh/frozen meals on hand. Please stop by our retail location to see what we have available or refer to the 'What's Available In-store?' tab.

Can I bring back the packaging to have it
re-filled/re-used?

Sadly health regulations do not allow me to re-use food packaging containers. So sorry!

Do you provide the Nutrition Facts for your food items?

Yes - if you select a given product, refer to the thumbnail images to select the Nutrition Facts table.

Are you nut-free?

In the crazy sense...well maybe a little. Unfortunately we do have nuts on the premises. So sorry to those of you where this would be a concern!

Once my order is ready, how long do I have to pick-up my food?

Fresh meals need to be picked-up within 1-3 business days of being notified. If they are not picked up within this timeframe, we will freeze them to keep it health safe.

Am I able to make returns?

Food and health safety does not allow us to accept returns. However, if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Are there any other locations where I can purchase your meals?

Big Bend Market and Stone 2 Steel Butchery happily stock a select number of our meals. Go check them out!
